Aims
Study strategic issues relating to the Arab region and its future in political, social economic and security terms; encourage Arab researchers, NGOs and governmental bodies to participate in preparing comprehensive development strategies and programmes and in carrying out training courses; contribute to the Arab cultural life so as to support strategic scientific cooperation and dialogue on proposed changes in the region or with regard to external relations.
