Founded under an independent charter approved by the then H-XH5511 - South-East Asia Treaty Organization (SEATO), having functioned since 1959 as SEATO Graduate School of Engineering.
Aims
As an international institution of higher learning, engage in instruction, research and outreach activities in engineering, sciences, management, and closely-related fields to serve the changing needs of the region.
