21 Apr 1994, Veliko Tarnovo (Bulgaria). Also previously referred to as Mirovaja Organizacija Bezopasnosti (MOB).
Aims
Unite veterans worldwide, protect their private, social and professional rights and interests and coordinate their activities; function as world security forces, a global informative network and a consultative body to international organizations and governments; take the initiative internationally for private, public, religious, ethnic, cultural and ecological security; conduct rescue operations in case of global natural or ecological disaster and religious, civil or military conflict; develop, coordinate, manage and assist in implementing international anti-crisis, stabilizing, training and other programs, particularly international programs combating organized crime, narco-business, terror, religious and sectarian fundamentalism.
