The UIA is a leading provider of information about international non-profit organizations. The aim of the Open Yearbook is to promote the activities of international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and intergovernmental organizations (IGOs).

History

Feb 1991, Assisi (Italy), by ICS - International Communication Society and International Committee for the Promotion of Advanced Educational Research (CAPIRE). The latter is currently incorporated into ECO-Crea. Registered office with ICS. Registered in accordance with Italian law.

Aims

Increase creative and cognitive potentialities of mankind; expand international exchange of information on research and education to improve creativity through a network of observatories of research on creativity in science, art and management; plan and promote scientific studies about brain and creativity and educational innovative experiments for conscious development of scientific and artistic imagination.
