1994, by merger of American Society of Computer Dealers and European Society of Computer Dealers (ESCD). 2000, took over activities of European Computer Leasing and Trading Association (ECLAT) and merged with Computer Dealers Association (CDLA), Digital Dealers Association (DDA) and Information Technology Resellers Association (ITRA), and adopted the title Association of Service and Computer Dealers International (ASCD International) - ASCDi. Current title adopted on merger with North American Association of Telecom Dealers (NATD), 2012.
