History
15 Jun 1990, Brussels (Belgium), at constitutive General Assembly. Registered in accordance with Belgian law. Ceased to exist, Apr 1996, when merged with H-XC1745 - International Council of Homehelp Services (ICHS), Apr 1996, to create H-XD5675 - European Association of Care and Help at Home (EACHH).
Aims
Support the right of individuals to receive the help and care they need to remain safely and within dignity in their own homes; support the development of professional services of homecare and homehelp in member countries and also in other countries; promote contact, collaboration and cooperation between organizations which support the aims; influence the political decision making process concerning homecare and homehelp; promote and contribute to the development of a common European policy on homecare and homehelp; support innovative projects which contribute to the future development of homecare and homehelp.
