1970, within the framework of C-XD2777 - International Social Democratic Union for Education (ISDUE), as Commission of Socialist Teachers of the European Community (CSTEC) -- Commission des enseignants socialistes de la Communauté européenne -- Kommission der Sozialistischen Lehrer in der Europäischen Gemeinschaft -- Comissão dos Professores Socialistas na Comunidade Européia. Later became Commission of Socialist Teachers in the European Union (CSTEU) -- Commission des enseignants socialistes de l'Union européenne -- Kommission der Sozialistischen Lehrer in der Europäische Union -- Comissão dos Professores Socialistas na União Européia.
