Meet regularly to encourage international exchange of knowledge vital to cardiovascular and interventional radiology among medical doctors in different countries of the Asia Pacific region; bring together interventional radiologists and individuals in related fields to improve the level of clinical practice and research of the subject; support continuing education and training of doctors in each country through the appropriate forum or refresher courses to further define the role of cardiovascular and interventional radiology as a subspecialty of medicine in the Asia Pacific region.
