Promote interests, welfare, working conditions and professional standards of young lawyers; provide them with education and training; facilitate exchange among young lawyers in Europe; coordinate agendas of young bar organizations in Europe and produce a calendar of events; influence policies of European institutions which affect young lawyers act as a source of information and publications comparing judicial systems and procedures in member countries; support young bar organizations in difficulty or requesting support for particular projects.
