Review anti-money laundering measures and measures to counter the financing of terrorism in Council of Europe member states which are not members of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and in Israel, Holy See (including Vatican City State), and the UK Crown Dependencies of Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man.
