Founded 1958, Trinidad. Successor to the movement known as Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, initiated 1910, Montserrat; formally affiliated, 1946 - 1958, as the West Indies District, with 'Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada - POAC'. Statutes revised: 1965; 1985. Revised Constitution and Bylaws: 2006; 2010.
Establish places of worship for the propagation of the Christian faith; organize and operate schools of religious instruction and secular education; carry on missionary work; carry on charitable and philanthropic work; operate friendly societies, cooperatives and pension funds; build and operate hospitals, clinics, orphanages and homes for the aged.
