Promote and enrich reflection through studies, consulting and publications on democracy and human rights, good governance, conflict management and prevention, peace and security in Central Africa; contribute to complete and effective integration among countries of the Central Africa sub-region by organizing meetings and encouraging the exchange of experiences as well as human resources; foster the search for, as well as the popularization of, keeping and dissemination of information, documents and all other support material relating to the domains and specific branches of study covered by the Foundation; set up and consolidate a multidisciplinary work of experts and researchers from the sub-region and to enter into partnership with institutions pursuing similar goals as the Foundation; run a documentation centre specializing in geopolitics, geo-strategy and the study of war, international relations and political sciences; organize training sessions on research methodology.
