SIEE is a tool at the service of the Permanent Secretariat of OLADE and the highest levels of decision-making in the member countries. It is an integrated software package, permitting analyses of relationships between energy and macroeconomic trends in support of regional studies and analyses which serve as a basis for comprehensive energy planning, facilitate internal policy decisions and offer elements for greater regional integration.
