1986. METEM stands for the Hungarian 'Magyar Egyhaztörténeti Enciklopédia Munkaközössége', in English 'Society for Encyclopedia of Hungarian Church History'. Also referred to as International Society for Encyclopedia of Church History in Hungary.
Prepare and publish an encyclopaedia of Hungarian Church history; collect documents and sources; support publications; promote public interest in the history of places related to Church history in Canada, Hungary and elsewhere; establish and maintain suitable quarters and facilities with archive and library to hold meetings and exhibitions; establish a fund and scholarship.Available with paid subscription only.
