5 Apr 1975, Freetown (Sierra Leone), on adoption of recommendations of Ministerial Conference on Cultural Policies, Apr 1974, Libreville (Gabon), organized by then African and Mauritian Cultural Institute -- Institut culturel africain et mauricien (ICAM), since 1976, the H-XD4014 - African Cultural Institute (ACI).
