Yes, at least partially. Open Yearbook and Open Calendar are both free services of UIA's subscription-based Yearbook of International Organizations (YBIO) and International Congress Calendar Online. They include limited profiles of non-profit organizations working worldwide in all fields of activity, as well as their current and future meetings.
Access to the full Yearbook Online database is by paid subscription only.
