New Collaborations Begin When Scientific Communities Meet
Scientific associations naturally develop around individual disciplines. Yet many of the changes now reshaping scientific meetings and professional education — from artificial intelligence and new technologies to new learning models and changing professional needs — increasingly cross those traditional boundaries.
Association Days Europe brings Presidents and senior representatives of scientific associations from across Europe into dialogue beyond their own disciplines.
Taking place in Venice from 25 to 27 February 2027, the programme combines peer exchange, discussion on the future of scientific meetings and direct dialogue around future congress projects.
The relationships developed within the Association Days Europe ecosystem can also lead to new collaborations and scientific initiatives.
One example is the new International Roundtable The Future of Surgical Training: Equity, Technology and Healthcare Systems, which will bring together international experts from surgery, medical education, artificial intelligence, robotics, biomedical engineering, health equity and healthcare systems.
Association Days Europe 2027 invites scientific association leaders to contribute their experience, perspectives and future needs to this European dialogue.
