  • Tailored consultations: Our team provides personalized advice and assistance throughout the planning process, helping you to select venues, accommodation and suppliers that best match your event's needs. We can also assist with city branding possibilities, public spaces, and contacts with local politicians, as well as provide and facilitate personal contacts with local professors and important medical centers or research centers.

  • Marketing support: We assist associations in promoting their event through various channels, ensuring that the event reaches a wider audience, including the creation of a designated website and social media publications.

Where to meet?

Munich offers over 200 different conference facilities that cater to a wide range of sizes and types of events. Examples include:

  • ICM - International Congress Center München: This state-of-the-art venue can accommodate up to 6,000 attendees and is perfect for large international congresses.

  • MOC Veranstaltungscenter: With 30,000 sqm flexible event spaces and modern technology, it is suitable for medium-sized conferences.

  • Bayerischer Hof: This luxury hotel features elegant meeting rooms and can host exclusive events for smaller groups, making it perfect for VIP gatherings or board meetings.

  • Paulaner am Nockherberg: For those looking to experience authentic Bavarian flair, Paulaner am Nockherberg offers a unique setting for meetings and events. This traditional beer hall combines rustic charm with modern amenities, making it an ideal location for informal gatherings, networking events, or social functions.

  • The Science Congress Center Munich offers 2,400 sqm of state-of-the-art event space. It features a 1,300-seat auditorium and 14 flexible conference rooms. With two on-site hotels, it is a premier hub for scientific and corporate MICE events.

Here are some personal recommendations from our team and insider tips for unique experiences in Munich:

  • Englischer Garten: While many visit this expansive park, consider exploring its lesser-known spots, like the serene Japanese teahouse or the picturesque beer garden at the Chinesischer Turm. Renting a paddleboat on the lake can also provide a charming perspective of the park.

  • Viktualienmarkt: Beyond the main stalls, seek out the smaller vendors selling local delicacies. Do not miss the hidden beer garden tucked away in the market for a cozy atmosphere, perfect for sampling Bavarian specialties.

  • Isar River: Take a leisurely stroll along the banks of the Isar River. This scenic area is perfect for a relaxing afternoon, with opportunities for picnicking, swimming, or simply enjoying the natural beauty.
