Registration is free. Delegates are welcome to participate individually or in groups. The maximum number of people who can participate as a group is five (5). Complementary round-trip flight tickets will be provided to delegates, courtesy of the conference organizers and sponsors. Additionally, visa assistance will be rendered to foreign delegates who require a visa to come to the United States for the program. However, delegates will be responsible for their hotel booking for the duration of the program and their travel insurance.

The security deposit would be refunded to delegates at the conference venue during the accreditation process.
We implore delegates to adhere to the terms and conditions of participation by attending the conference and also departing the United States at the appropriate time.
