The second session will take place from August 28 to 30, 2025, at The King Luxury Hotel and Convention Center in Dakar, Senegal.

According to the conference rules and regulations, all interested and invited delegates must arrange their hotel accommodations at the designated venues, which are The King Luxury Hotel in Washington, DC, and Dakar, Senegal.
