ACSSPWRPE prohibits discrimination, harassment, and bullying against any person for any reason—for example, because of age, ancestry, color, disability or handicap, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual or affectional orientation. If the maximum attendee capacity is reached, the conference organizers reserve the right to refuse any registration.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION: Upon submission of the above requested details you will be registered and sent the conference registration acknowledgment form which you are to fill and confirm your registration.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION HERE IN NEW YORK UNITED STATES. The Organizing committee has made a Hotel available where delegates will be staying during the summit in NY, United States. delegates will be taking care of their accommodation payment and feedings here in NY USA from 17th -21st July 2025.
Organizing committee will be taking care of delegates Non Immigrant Visa processing / round trip air tickets which covers from your country of residence and returning back as we had stated before.
Registration and processing of your non immigrant VISA will proceed immediately the above mentioned personal details are submitted exactly as requested to the conference registration department for your duly registration.
VISA INFORMATION U.S Travel Guide Most Canadian citizens and many citizens from Visa Waiver Program countries can come to the U.S. without a visa if they meet certain requirements. For many applicants, a personal interview is required as a standard part of visa processing. All The attendees' visa assistance requests will be forwarded to the U.S Department of State for visa authorization which shall be sent by fax to the consular section of the U.S. Embassy in your country of residence. This can only be done when we receive your filled registration questionnaire forms, names exactly as in your passport and all necessary documents to support your visa processing which will be faxed to the U.S. Embassy in your country of residence.
We welcome paper presentations, optional. from all our participants that are willing to present papers during the conference, which also will be published. NOTE: The (ACSSPWRPE 2025) international conference will award and recognize individual and/or institutions, Award will consist of a gold medal, a diploma and a monetary prize.

The sponsors organizing committee will provide air tickets for all registered participants.The ticket will cover participant's country of residence to the United States, from here in the United States and back to the participant's country of residence.
