For this webinar, Alain COSTANTINI will first recall the prescriptions foreseen by the "new" Companies and Associations Code of March 2019 with regard to insurances and liabilities of the Board and Management of Associations. Valérie MOT will then give an overview of answers given by insurers and possible pitfalls.
