UIA is delighted to welcome its newest Associate Member: MaestroMeetings!
MaestroMeetings is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting academic and social change collaborations by supporting its partners to plan, organize, and manage high-quality events around the world.
From small symposia in Washington, DC, to large-scale conferences in Rio de Janeiro, MaestroMeetings leverages its competencies in site selection, contract negotiation, and on-site event management to adapt to its partners' needs. Its specialization in the academic and social change sectors, combined with a purpose-oriented mission, allows MaestroMeetings' multicultural team to understand the importance and specific needs of your event.
At MaestroMeetings, the team uses its academic knowledge and past experience to ensure the success of each event. In addition to sharing industry know-how with clients through case studies, industry data and articles are also available.
MaestroMeetings have managed a variety of conferences ranging from 50 to 6,000 participants in over 10 different countries.
As a nonprofit organization, MaestroMeetings implements long-range strategies that focus on social impact and not on the bottom line. The organization's collaborative and inquisitive culture thrives in the event-procurement industry's competitive environment, yet it has decided to incorporate as a nonprofit to ensure that our commitment to promoting academic and social change collaboration is always our driving force. MaestroMeetings welcomes industry support in the form of donations and entrepreneurial partnerships.
