UIA will be hosting a panel discussion at the World Resources forum titled: There is no such thing as waste - true or false?

From a truly circular perspective there is no 'waste': there are inputs and outputs, and more or less effective ways of connecting them. What are the criteria for effective connections? How can good connections be encouraged - by carrots, sticks, education? Can business associations enable businesses to make the connections in cooperation rather than competition, thus accelerating sustainable change?

These questions will be addressed at the World Resources Forum UIA panel discussion on 26 February at 09h50 in Antwerp!

The panelists are: Mr. Pär Larshans, Mrs. Brigitte Dero, and Mrs. Dianne Dillon-Ridgeley. The discussion wlll be moderated by Mrs. Marilyn Mehlmann, Vice President of the Union of International Associations.
