By recommendation, we accept you to participate at the World Congress focus on the Women Rights, Human Trafficking And Well-being Of Girls And Women. Scheduled to take place from from the JANUARY 18th-22th, United States and from JANUARY 25th-29th 2016 in Dakar - Senegal. We are inviting people from various countries around the world.

We accepted you to partake as you have been recommended by one of our staff-member. You may take this opportunity to participate in these World Congress.

The theme of the World Congress is to equip participants with the strategies and policies to wage a Global Fight Against Women Rights And Human Trafficking, leaders, advocates, policymakers, journalists, young people, researchers and leaders of the private sector and civil society to showcase what it means and how it works when women and girls become the focus of development efforts.

The Congress organizing committee in conjunction with the donor sponsoring committee has mapped out some financial rewards to group participants that distinguished themselves in their areas of discipline. Panel of Judges has been appointed to oversee and to select participants on merit.

OUR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1° To fight Violence and the Sex Trade among the youth all over the world.
2° To fight Children and Teen Victims of Trafficking in the world.
3° To fight International Trafficking, HIV & other Health Related Risks, as well as people with a sexual health crisis/problem.
4° Provide helpline support to anyone who is worried about or potentially facing a sexual health crisis.
5° To establish links of co-operation, peace and unity among the youth all over the countries.
6° To carry activities on solving the problems raised in Programming Models and Funding, Domestic Trafficking, Personal Experiences in the Sex Trade.
7° To assist the Emotional Health, Target Assessment & Effective Intervention, Paradigms, Perspectives & Policies, Advocacy & Social Action all over the world
8° Coalition building and Consciousness raising. Concerted efforts and contributions by individuals, Governments, intergovernmental organizations, non-governmental organizations and the various international bodies and specialized agencies will be necessary to accomplish the objectives of the Congress, and to provide long-lasting solutions.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Health professionals who work youth data, programs, or policies across a broad range of issues (e.g., reproductive or parental health, child or adolescent health, methodology/data, family planning, social determinants of health and health disparities) including: Academicians, Bio-statisticians, Clinicians (including Obstetricians, Pediatricians, Nurses, Midwives, Family Practitioners) Community advocates, Data analysts, Epidemiologists Evaluates, Non-profit workers, Policymakers, Program specialists, Researchers, Students.

Awards and Gifts will be given to participants on merit..... You are hereby advised to equip your selves and exhibit your God given talents to the fullest. We welcome Delegates, Inter-Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations, young or old to the World Congress.

PLEASE TAKE PROPER NOTE OF THIS POINT: - Participants are only responsible for their own hotel booking in Senegal through the recommended hotel in Dakar for the second phase of these event. The organizing committee and the donor sponsoring committee of this event have mandated all participants to pay for their own hotel booking in order to prove to the USA Department of State Visa Sector (UDSVS) that he/she will attend both events, and they do not have any intention to stay permanently in the United State after their participation in this forth-coming World Congress, this is due to the past experiences in April 2012 World Congress that was held here in United State, which lead to illegal immigrant to the United State of America.

REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS: A minimum of (1-3) or maximum of (4-6) persons are expected to participate together as a group or organization to represent their Country in the forth-coming events. None of them should be less than eighteen (18) years of age and delegates must participate in both Congress, UNITED STATES/DAKAR SENEGAL.

REGISTRATION IS FREE: In order to attend the World Congress meeting On Women Rights, Human Trafficking And Well-being Of Girls And Women registration is compulsory. Interested delegate can participate as an individual or maximum number of (1-6) persons as a group representing their organization or country in the World Congress.

REGISTRATION FORM IS ATTACHED TO THIS MAIL: You are to print out the registration forms and fill the questioners with a pen and submit the filled registration forms along with the front page of your passport, two colored passport photographs and your Senegal hotel booking confirmation receipt via e-mail, to our registration desk (ghrd.2016.reg.desk@usa.com). These documents should be submitted not later than (January 4th 2016) to confirm your participation on the list of participants attending the World congress meeting. If you are not interested to participate, you are to inform us immediately so that we can cancel your document from the organization registration list and stop sending you information regarding to the congress meeting.

NOTE VERY IMPORTANT: It is not necessary that one must belongs to an organization to be eligible to attend this event, he or she can also participate as an individual or a group of 1-2 members if he or she are not capable to form a group to represent a Country or organization.

ACCOMMODATION: All registered participants are entitled to meals and accommodation which will be provided during their participation in the United States Congress (only) Participants will only be responsible and to pay for hotel reservation cost in Senegal where the second phase of the Congress will be held. Be informed that participants hotel reservation room most be secure and obtain in the selected hotel venue of the congress meeting, to avoid doubt of your visa processing and air round trip ticket from our organization.

You are to contact the selected hotel management giving below where the congress meeting will be taking place and make your reservation from (January 24th-30th 2016) and obtain your reservation booking receipt/code number which should be submitted along with your filled registration forms.

The moment we receive this requested documents, we will forward your documents to the US bureau of Immigration and Senegalese Immigration for the processing of your visa and traveling document by our organization.

Note that Interested participants are not accepted to make reservation booking in a different hotel expect the selected hotel choosing by the organization for security purpose and proper recording of expected numbers of delegates participating in the congress meeting. You are to contact the selected hotel via the e-mail address giving below for Senegal booking confirmation.

VISA INFORMATION: most Canadian citizens and many citizens from Visa Waiver Program countries can come to the U.S. without a visa if they meet certain requirements.

Visa waiver travelers from ALL 27 Visa Waiver Program countries must present a machine-readable passport at the U.S. port of entry to enter the U.S. without a visa, otherwise U.S. visa is required. Non-immigrant visas are for international travelers (citizens of other countries) coming to the U.S. temporarily. This visa allows you to travel to a U.S. port-of-entry (airport, for example) and request permission of the Department of Homeland Security immigration inspector to enter the U.S. Please note: a visa does not guarantee entry into the U.S.

International travelers come to the U.S. for a wide variety of reasons, including tourism, business, medical treatment, and certain types of temporary work. The type of visa needed is defined by immigration law, and relates to the principal purpose of your travel. Most attendees will be using the B-1 Visa for temporary visitor for business.

Due to security concerns, U.S. visa applications are subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past. For many applicants, a personal interview is required as a standard part of visa processing.

All participants visa assistance request will be forwarded to the U.S Department of State for visa authorization which shall be sent by fax to the consular section of the U.S. Embassy, in your country of residence. This can only be done when we receive your filled registration questioner forms, Senegal reservation booking receipt/code number and all necessary documents to support your visa processing which will be faxed to the U.S. Embassy, in your country of residence.

VISA PROCESSING: Participants must be in possession of their International Passports to enable them obtain visa to participate. Only on receipt of your filled registration forms, Senegal reservation receipt with your confirmation code number and scanned information page of your international passport will participant’s visa assistance request be forwarded to the U.S Department of State and Senegalese Immigration for same day visa Authorization which shall be sent to the consular section of the U.S Embassy, in your country of residence for visa collection. You will be giving appointed date to visit the U.S Embassy for visa collection after the approval of your visa here in United States. You are to inform us if you already have U.S visa when submitting your registration documents.

FLIGHT TICKETS: Free air round trip tickets will be provided by the organization and other benevolent donors in the United States. The tickets will cover from participant country of resident to the United States, from the united stated to Dakar Senegal and back to participant’s country of resident.

UNITED STATES ACCOMMODATION: We are responsible for your hotel accommodation in Texas, United States, feeding and transportation. Note also that transportation to the Conference venue will be provided by the hotel management in Texas, United States.

SENEGAL ACCOMMODATION: You are responsible for the payment of your hotel accommodation at Hotel Ngor Dakar Senegal where the second phase of the Congress will be held due to the inability of our donor sponsoring committee to mobilize enough funds to sponsor the number of expected delegates to attend the Congress. Also note that transportation to the Congress venue will be provided by the hotel management in Dakar Senegal. So it mandatory for all delegates to make his/her booking at (recommended hotel).

RULES AND REGULATION:
1°Delegates are subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis.
2°Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
3°Registration received without reservation receipt from the hotel management in Senegal will not be processed.
4°All cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat and the refund will be made after the World Congress.

CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE / ALLOWANCES.
Certificates of attendance and Allowances will be offered to all participants at the end of the second phase of the congress in Dakar Senegal.

Presentation of paper during the work-shop, interested delegates should complete their registration and send us their filled registration forms and hotel booking confirmation receipts before the format on how to present papers on the congress. (Presentation of paper work is open to any delegate willing to present paper during the summit in any of the venue)
