We receive payment by Western Union or Money Gram transfer from guest making their room booking with us, bellow is our hotel information to receive payment from guest, immediately you make your payment for the reservation booking do send us the payment telegraph scan copy so that we can confirm your payment and immediately issue you our hotel booking confirmation receipt. Note that our hotel principles states that, payment must be received before we issue our hotel booking confirmation receipt to guest making room booking with us.

BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
If you chose to cancel your hotel booking after making your payment for the booking, the booking will be cancel and your payment will be refunded back to you with method which you have use in making the payment to our hotel but you have to inform us about the cancellation of booking 48 hours before the checking in date to avoid cancellation penalties which is 10% from the total amount you paid for the hotel booking.
Please note that we can only issue you our hotel booking confirmation receipt, if we receive payment.
