Harlow Hotel Dakar.We are welcoming you to our country on this special event,in respect to the content of your mail.We will like you to understand that we are working according to the instruction given by the Transglobal Youth Organisations.The International Conference On [POLITICAL,SAME-SEX MARRIAGE AND SOCIAL ECONOMIC PROBLEMS IN AFRICA.WAR AFFECTING CHILDREN AND EBOLA & HIV/AIDS TREATMENT] taking place at the Harlow Hotel Hall Dakar-Senegal,we only have few rooms left for the conference participants.

Thanks for patronizing our service.we wish to inform you that below are the available rooms and official rates for the Transglobal Youth Participant.All rate are in Euro,you can also make the payment in your local currency but equivalent to Euro.You are to make a (6) days reservation according to the instruction of the Transglobal Youth Organisations,from the date of arrival to end.

RATES PER NIGHT

SINGLE ROOM 50 Euro X 6 DAYS =1 PERSON 300.00

DOUBLE SUIT 100 Euro X 6 DAYS =2 PERSON 600.00

FAMILY SIZE 160 Euro X 6 DAYS =3 PERSON 960.00

The above rooms have modern facilities like Telephone, Internet, Standby Car to take the participants from Airport to the hotel.and from hotel to the conference venue and to also bring participants back to the hotel at the end of each day.three square meals a day, swimming pools and sports facilities in which your payment covers the use of all these facilities but damage of any facilities will be reimburses by the client.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We don't accept the payment of credit card international with reason and for our security purpose.We advised all the Transglobal Youth Participant to make his/her payment through the use of Western Union or Money Gram transfer Method for instant receiver in order to reach you with the confirmation of the hotel reservation receipt in time.

POINT TO NOTE:
No reservation is successfully made without payment of the hotel amount as directed by the Transglobal Youth Organisations.Direct your payment to our hotel Manager (Mr.Slam Ramzy) Address Senegal and send to us immediately the payment information that will be use to cash the payment from Money Gram or Western Union Money transfer Bank in our country. On receipt of your payment, we shall forward your RESERVATION CONFIRMATION RECEIPT to you.

REFUND POLICY:
By virtue of section 3B of our agency/representative payment Act/agreement with the Transglobal Youth Organisations. sub-section 7ef, stated that payment will be refunded to any organization,group or participants.If for one reason or the other could not attend the conference but the participants have to be aware of the transfer chargers by the bank,and a night charge of the hotel will be removed from his/her payment.

Please note that we only issue out hotel booking confirmation receipt to guest,when payment is made to the hotel for booking.As soon as your payment is received. we shall send to you the reservation confirmation receipt within 24 hours,which we will also send a copy to the U.S office on your behalf for confirmation.
