In appreciation to your mail and interest to participate in this forth coming international conference meeting, I wish to inform you that your request to participate has been accepted by the organization. The forth coming international conference meeting is open for everyone who is interested to participate.

The international conference meeting is scheduled to take place from February 22nd to 27th, 2016 @ Ontario Convention Center USA. The theme of the conference meeting is to teach our society the importance of "Sustainable Corruption Prevention & Environment Protection". The forth coming international conference meeting is organized by the International Social Human Rights Foundation here in United States of America.

Delegates are accepted to participate together as a group of 2 to 6 persons from each country or organization; you can also participate as an individual if you don't have a group. The independent donors and the organization sponsors are responsible for participants traveling documents (Visa) application processing and Air round trip tickets to attend the conference meeting. Note that participants will only be responsible and to pay for their hotel accommodation charges with the recommend hotel.

Your registration file will be open after we have received your filled registration forms A and B and your hotel booking confirmation receipt. You are to contact the hotel management immediately and make your room booking to secure your hotel accommodation. We shall send you an official invitation letter immediately after the confirmation of your registration to enable you obtain the U.S visa to participate in this event. Your visa documents will be process here in United States and the approval letter of your visa will be sent to the U.S Embassy in your country for the collection of your visa.

All participants are requested to make a paper presentation on the event topics which is "Sustainable Corruption Prevention & Environment Protection" as it affects your society, for all documentation will be published by the ISHRF and certificate will be giving to all participants as a representative of 2016 conference meeting.

All filled registration forms and hotel booking receipt should be submitted to the conference secretariat office: [ishrf.secretaryoffice@aim.com] before [November 10th, 2015.] which is the deadline date to receive filled registration forms and hotel booking receipt.

Bellow is the selected hotel contact to secure your room booking and send us the booking receipt along with your filled forms with the scan copy of your passport data page.

Note: immediately after your registration file is opened, your registration documents will be forwarded to the U.S Bureau of Immigrant Affairs (Visa Processing Office) here in United States for the authorization and approval of your visa documents before faxing the visa documents to U.S Embassy (Consulate Office) in your country of resident and the embassy will contact you for visa appointment date to secure your visa for the conference meeting.
