In appreciation to your mail and interest to participate in this forth coming World Summit meeting, I wish to inform you that your request to participate has been accepted by the organization. The forth coming international conference meeting is open for everyone who is interested to participate.

The (VAW) invites all participants across the world to attend the World Summit on Violence against women (VAW) and HIV/AIDS Protection of Children from Violence, taking place from [January 25th - 29th 2016] in Arizona United State while the second phase will begins from [February 1st - 5th 2016] at Perfect San hotel in Rome-Italy.

The theme of the summit is to teach our society the importance of “Violence” The forth coming international conference meeting is organized by the Global Society for World Health Organization’s here in United States of America.

THE CONFERENCE HAS THE FOLLOWING THEMS:

Sexual offenses on public transport.
Community activism against sexual violence.
Preventing sexual violence.
New technology and sexual violence.

REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS:
A minimum of (1-3) or maximum of (4-6) persons are expected to participate together as a group or organization to represent their Country in the forth-coming events. None of them should be less than eighteen (18) years of age and delegates must participate in both conferences, USA/ ROME-ITALY. Note that participants will only be responsible and to pay for their hotel accommodation charges with the recommend hotel management in Rome-Italy.

Note: again that delegates must participate in both phase of the conference in USA & Rome-Italy. Your registration file will be open after we have received your filled registration forms (B) & (C) and your hotel booking confirmation receipt. You are to contact the hotel management immediately and make your room booking to secure your hotel accommodation. We shall send you an official invitation letter immediately after the confirmation of your registration to enable you obtain the U.S visa to participate in this event. Your visa documents will be process here in United States and the approval letter of your visa will be sent to the U.S Embassy in your country for the collection of your visa.

All participants are requested to make a paper presentation on the event topics which is "Violence" as it affects your society, for all documentation will be published by the Global Society for World Health Organization’s and certificate will be giving to all participants as a representative of 2016 Violence against women (VAW) and HIV/AIDS conference meeting.

In order to attend the World Summit on Violence against women (VAW) and HIV/AIDS Protection of Children from Violence, registration is compulsory. The require information should be submitted registration close December 11th 2015, to enable participant registration file to be open and enable all interesting participants receive His/her Visa and round trip air ticket to the United States and Rome-Italy, participant registration document we be forward to U.S Bureau of Immigrant Affairs (Visa Processing Office).

VISA INFORMATION:
Participants must be in possession of their International Passports to enable them participate. Only on receipt of your filled registration forms, reservation receipt and scanned information page of your international passport will participant’s visa assistance request be forwarded to the U.S Department of State and the Italy Immigration for same day visa Authorization which shall be sent to the consular section of the U.S Embassy, in your country of residence. Due to security concerns, U.S. visa applications are subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past. For many applicants, a personal interview is required as a standard part of visa processing.

All participants visa assistance request will be forwarded to the U.S Department of State for visa authorization which shall be sent by fax to the consular section of the U.S. Embassy, in your country of residence. This can only be done when we receive your filled registration questioner forms and all necessary documents to support your visa processing which will be faxed to the U.S. Embassy, in your country of residence by our organization.

AIR TICKETS:
Air Tickets for both venues will be sponsored by our organization and other benevolent donors in the United States and worldwide. The tickets will cover from participant country of resident to the United States, from the united stated to Italy and back to participant’s country of resident.

RULES AND REGULATION:
1°Delegates are subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis.
2°Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
3°Registration received without reservation receipt from the hotel management in Italy will not be processed.
4°All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Conference.

Note: immediately after your registration file is opened, your registration documents will be forwarded to the U.S Bureau of Immigrant Affairs (Visa Processing Office) here in United States for the authorization and approval of your visa documents before faxing the visa documents to U.S Embassy (Consulate Office) in your country of resident and you shall be called by the Embassy for visa appointment date to secure your visa for the conference meeting.
