The International Center for violence (ICV) against Women, Youth, Control of Ebola Outbreak & HIV/AIDS, to be held in West Virginia, October 19th-23rd, United States and from October 26th-30th 2015 in Dakar-Senegal. We are inviting people from various countries around the world.
We accepted you to partake as you have been recommended by one of our staff-member. You may take this opportunity to participate in these World Congress. The theme of the forth-coming World Congress is to equip participants with the strategies and policies to wage a global war against violence against Women, Youth, Control of Ebola Outbreak & HIV/AIDS.
These events is been Organized and sponsored by the Save the Children/International Center for violence (ICV) with the assistants of other benevolent organizations in the United States of America.
The congress organizing committee in conjunction with the donor sponsoring committee has mapped out some financial rewards to group participants that distinguished themselves in their areas of discipline. Panel of Judges has been appointed to oversee and to select participants on merit.
OUR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1° to raise awareness of the current Violence situation among the youth all over the world.
2° To increase the knowledge of opportunities, challenges and obstacles for combating the Ebola Outbreak or AIV/AIDS epidemic in the world.
3° Provide support to people with HIV/AIDS or Ebola and their loved ones, as well as people with a sexual health crisis/problem.
4° Provide helpline support to anyone who is worried about or potentially facing a sexual health crisis.
5° To establish links of co-operation, peace and unity among the youth all over the countries.
6° To carry activities on solving the problems raised in front of the Youth, and also help to fight against racism and child abuse.
7° To assist the systematization, proclamation and monitoring of the information, concerning Youth issues in united state and all over the world
8° To promote the projects on the development of Youth initiatives etc.
Awards and Gifts will be given to participants on merit.....You are hereby advised to equip your selves and exhibit your God given talents to the fullest. We welcome Delegates, Inter-Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations, young or old to the forth-coming World Congress.
REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS: A minimum of (1-3) or maximum of (4-6) persons are expected to participate together as a group or organization to represent their Country in the forth-coming events. None of them should be less than eighteen (18) years of age and delegates must participate in both Congress, UNITED STATES/DAKAR SENEGAL.
They should be in possession of their valid International Passports to enable them participate in this Congress. You are hereby required to forward the names and passport numbers of your group members to us as soon as possible, as all participants visa assistance request will be forwarded to the US Department of States Immigration for visa Authorization which shall be sent to the consular section of the US. Embassy in your country of residence for the status of your visa processing.
In order to attend the World Congress meeting On International Center for violence (ICV) against Women, Youth, Control of Ebola Outbreak & HIV/AIDS, registration is compulsory. NOTE VERY IMPORTANT: It is not necessary that one must belongs to an organization to be eligible to attend this event, he or she can also participate as an individual or a group of 1-2 members if he or she are not capable to form a group to represent a Country.
PLEASE TAKE PROPER NOTE OF THIS POINT: - Participants are only responsible for their own hotel booking in Senegal through the recommended hotel in Dakar for the second phase of these event. The organizing committee and the donor sponsoring committee of this event have mandated all participants to pay for their own hotel booking in order to prove to the US Department of State Visa Sector (UDSVS) that he/she will attend both events, and they do not have any intention to stay permanently in the United State after their participation in this forth-coming World Congress, this is due to the past experiences in April 2010 World Congress that was held here in United State, which lead to illegal immigrant to the United State of America.
ACCOMMODATION: All registered participants are entitled to meals and accommodation which will be provided during their participation in the United States Congress (only) Participants will only be responsible and to pay for hotel reservation cost in Senegal where the second phase of the Congress will be held, because immediately after delegates registration is confirmed by our organization, the hotel booking confirmation receipt from the hotel management will be highly needed to confirm your participation and to ensure that delegates have secured accommodation with the hotel, therefore contact this hotel below for booking of your accommodation and send us your reservation receipt immediately.

NOTE: it is mandatory for all interested delegates to make his/her hotel booking in Hotel Ndiaye for that is where the Congress meeting will be held in Dakar Senegal and for security purpose to avoid doubt of your participation in processing your Visa and traveling document by our organization. The moment we receive this requested documents, we will forward your documents to the US bureau of Immigration and foreign consular department and Senegalese Immigration for the processing of your visa and traveling document by our organization.
VISA: Participants must be in possession of their International Passports to enable them participate. Only on receipt of your filled registration forms, reservation receipt with your confirmation code number and scanned information page of your international passport will participant’s visa assistance request be forwarded to the U.S Department of State and Senegalese Immigration for same day visa Authorization which shall be sent to the consular section of the U.S Embassy, in your country of residence.
TICKETS: Air Tickets for both venues will be sponsored by our organization and other benevolent donors in the United States and worldwide. The tickets will cover from participant country of resident to the United States, from the united stated to Dakar Senegal and back to participant’s country of resident.
UNITED STATES ACCOMMODATION: We are responsible for your hotel accommodation in Wellington, United States, feeding and transportation. Note also that transportation to the Congress venue will be provided by the hotel management in Wellington, United States.

RULES AND REGULATION:
1°Delegates are subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis.

(Presentation of paper work is open to any delegate willing to present paper during the summit in any of the venue)
