The processing of your travel documents will start as Soon as we receive this filled form WRF/03 along with the scanned data page of your international passport and your hotel reservation receipt from the Hotel management in Dakar Senegal.

You are hereby required to submit reservation receipt with this form WRF/03 not later than September 15th, 2014, to enable us forward the " Visa" support approval to the Consulate General (Visa section) at the Embassy of the United States of America and the Senegalese Embassy in your country of residence for same day visa authorization, unless you are covered, under the U.S. Visa Waiver Permanent Program (VWP).
