Concerted efforts and contributions by individuals, Governments, intergovernmental organizations, non-governmental organizations and various international bodies and specialized agencies will be necessary to accomplish the objectives of the Conferences, and to provide long-lasting solutions.
It will also afford participants to meet the donor communities, strike Affiliations and partnerships and explore better ways of sourcing funds for their various activities among others. The conference organizing committee injunction with the donor sponsoring committee has mapped out some financial rewards to group participants that distinguished themselves in their areas of discipline. Panel of Judges has been appointed to oversee and to select participants of merit. Awards and gifts will be given to participants on merit. You are hereby advised to equip yourselves and exhibit your God given talents to the fullest.
We welcome delegates, inter-governmental and non-governmental organizations to the International Conferences on strategies and policies against Economic Crisis, Child Protection & HIV/AIDS Treatment, Prostitution, Sex Work and forced Labor. This is the start of the formal phase of the Conference process, although a number of useful informal meetings have already taken place in different parts of the world and we expect that this event should give powerful impetus to the work of laying the foundations for a successful combat against Economic Crisis, Child Protection & HIV/AIDS Treatment, Prostitution, Sex Work and forced Labor. To help us do that all, we are reasonably to meet the demands of our registered delegates, our staffs are working day and night to make this event successful.
REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS:
Only a minimum of One (1) as an individual or a maximum of six (6) persons are expected to participate together as a group or organization to represent in the forth-coming events. None of them should be less than eighteen years of age,and all registered participants must participate in both events United Sates and France, as the visa authorization letter of participants will be faxed to the consular general section of the U.S embassy in your country, to enable them issue out the NON-IMMIGRANT-VISA to all members of participants upon the fax documents.
It is not necessary that one must belong to an organization to be eligible to attend this event. Any One (1) as an individual or six (6) persons forming a group to represent a Country or organization etc. are eligible to participate in the forth-coming conferences. For registration to participate in this event, you may forward the names and passport numbers of your group members to us, as soon as possible, as all participants visa assistance request will be forwarded to the U.S Department of State for same day visa Authorization which shall be sent by fax to the consular general section of the U.S. Embassy, in your Country of residence. All registered participants are entitled to a round trip air tickets, meals and accommodation during their stay in the U.S.A Only.

Successful registered participants are entitled to a round trip air ticket which covers both venue of the conference and participant's accommodation in California USA Only. Note that Delegates will only be responsible and to pay for their own hotel booking in Dakar Senegal where the second phase of the conference will be held due to the inability of our partner organizations to mobilize enough funds to sponsor the number of expected delegates to attend both conferences.
You will be given the contact of our accommodation official Hotel in Dakar Senegal where you are to make your accommodation and reservation. You will be given more information on how your reservation can be made to the Hotel.
Visa Information:
All participants will be provided with visa assistance by the organization for only those that requires entry visa to attend this conference meeting in both countries. after confirmation of your registration, we shall send official invitation letter to U.S Embassy in your country to notify the Embassy of your participation in this conference meeting and your visa documents will be processed here in United States Embassy with the U.S Bureau of Immigrant Affairs visa section, before faxing your visa approval letter with other visa documents to the U.S Embassy in your Country of resident the same documents will be sent to you for records, to enable you submit them at the U.S Embassy for the collection of your visa to attend this conference meeting.
