Dear Applicant,
We are delighted to inform you that your request to participate in this forthcoming human rights conference meeting has been accepted by our organization. The forthcoming international conference meeting is open for everyone interested to participate.
The human rights conference meeting is scheduled to take place from 9th - 14th August 2021 at Grand Ivory Hotel located in Dallas Texas USA. The essence of this conference meeting is to discuss issues of Challenges to Health and Human Rights & Economic Development as a result of Covid-19, Immigration Ban, political instability and human trafficking in our society and proffer solutions, the forthcoming international conference meeting is organized by the Global Health and Social Rights Relief Foundation (GHSRRF) here in the United States of America.
Delegates are accepted to participate together as a group of 2 to 7 persons from each organization or you can also participate as an individual if you don't have a group. The independent donors and the organization sponsors are responsible for participants traveling documents (Visa) application processing and round-trip flight tickets to attend the conference and there will also be translators present at the conference for all major languages. Please note that participants will only be responsible to pay for their hotel accommodation charges with the recommended hotel.
Your registration file will be open after we have received your filled registration forms A and B and your hotel booking confirmation receipt. You are to contact the hotel management immediately and make your room booking to secure your hotel accommodation. We shall send you an official invitation letter immediately after the confirmation of your registration to enable you to obtain a U.S visa to participate in this event. Your visa documents will be processed here in the United States and the approval letter of your visa will be sent to the U.S Embassy in your country and an appointment date is given to you for the collection of your visa.
All participants are requested to make a paper presentation on the event topics which is " The impact of covid-19, human trafficking, political instability, immigration ban on economic growth" as it affects your society, for all documentation, will be published by the Global Health and Social Rights Relief Foundation (GHSRRF) and certificate will be given to all participants as a representative of the 2021 conference meeting.
All filled registration forms and hotel booking receipts should be submitted to the conference registrar's office: [event.registrarinfo@ghsrrfoundation.org] before [2021.] which is the deadline date to receive filled registration forms and hotel booking receipt.

Note: immediately after your registration file is opened, your registration documents will be forwarded to the U.S Bureau of Immigrant Affairs (Visa Processing Office) here in the United States for the authorization and approval of your visa documents before faxing the visa documents to the U.S Embassy (Consulate Office) in your country of residence and you shall be given a visa appointment date to secure your visa for the conference meeting.
