The above rooms have modern facilities like telephone ,Internet, air conditioner and Standby bus to take you to the conference venue and to also bring you back to the hotel at the end of each day, and 3 square meals a day by us. Also there are swimming pools and sports facilities in which your payment covers the use of all these facilities but damage of any facilities will be reimbursed by the customer.

Mode of Payment:
We are sorry that our management does not accept the payment of credit card as at now with reason and for our security purpose. Transferring of payment from other countries to our country takes between 5 to 7 working days through a bank transfer. We advise all of customers to make their payment through the use Western Union Money transfer, UBA Africash transfer or Money-gram money transfer Method for instant receive, in order to reach you with the confirmation of the hotel reservation receipt on time.

REFUND POLICY:
By virtue of section 3B of our agency/ representative payment Act/ agreement with whraf. Sub-section 7ef, stated that payment will be refunded to any organization, group or participants. If for one reason or the other could not attend the conference but the participant has to be aware of the transfer charges by the bank and a night charge of the hotel will be deducted from his/her payment.

The aim of the forth coming global congress meetings is to equip participants with the strategies and policies against Economic Crisis, Heart disease, Child Protection & HIV/AIDS Treatment, Prostitution, Sex Work, forced Labor, trafficking of women and children.
These events are being Organized World human right foundation (WHRAF) in collaboration with other benevolent organizations in the United States of America. The conference organizing committee conjunction with the donor sponsoring committee has mapped out some financial rewards to group or individual participants that distinguished themselves in their areas of discipline. Panel of Judges has been appointed to oversee and to select participants of merit. Awards and gifts will be given to participants on merit.
You are hereby advised to equip yourselves and exhibit your God given talents to the fullest. We welcome delegations, intergovernmental and nongovernmental organizations to the International Conference. Our staff are working day and night to make this event a success. REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS
Only a minimum of One (1) as an individual or a maximum of two (2) persons are expected to participate together as a group or organization to represent in the forthcoming events. None of them should be less than eighteen years of age, as from eighteen to older age are allowed to participate and must participate in both conferences. It is not necessary that one must belong to an organization to be eligible to attend this event. Any One (1) as an individual or two (2) persons forming a group to represent a Country or organization etc. are eligible to participate in the forthcoming conferences.
For registration to participate in this event, you may forward the names and passport numbers of your group members to us, as soon as possible, as all participants visa assistance request will be forwarded to the U.S Department of State for same day visa
Authorization which shall be sent by fax to the consular section of the U.S. Embassy, in your country of residence.
All registered participants are entitled to a round trip air tickets, meals and accommodation during their stay in the U.S. Only.
Delegates will only be responsible for half payment of hotel booking in Dakar-Senegal where the second phase of the conference will be held while the organization pay half due to the inability of our partner organizations to mobilize enough funds to sponsor the number of expected delegates to attend both conferences.

*AWARDING OF NGO: Approved participants are opportune to be awarded an NGO worth 500,000,00 USD in his/her country which the organization will finance, this is to enhance and improve life in every community which has been our aim, the organization will monitor this project and make sure it grows and give birth to others if merit. * FINANCE: Every participant is entitle to a sitting allowance and 10, 000, 00 USD cash at the end of the life changing conference. *AWARD: There will be an exhibitions of talent during this program which the winners will bag an award including cash if merit. * CERTIFICATE: A voluntarily certificate will be giving to every participant as a (WHRAF) volunteer.

Please note that we are not the U.S Authority authorizing your visas but we are working in connections directly from the U.S Bureau of Immigration and naturalization, the authority that is in charge of issuing visas.
