Thank you for responding to our invitation to attend the global combine conference on Civil Rights, Promoting Economic, Social Development, Domestic & Gender Violence and Human Trafficking, from 17th - 20th April, 2019 @ Philip Convention Center, Paris - France and from 22nd - 26th April, 2019 @ Radiant Garden Hotel Conference Center, Dallas Texas, USA. It is mandatory for registered participants to attend the both phase of the conference meeting and there will be digital wireless translating system in the conference venue.

Conference Objective:

The theme of the global combine conference meeting is to equipped participants with the strategies and policies on Civil Rights, Promoting Economic Growth, Social Development, Domestic and Gender Violence and Human Trafficking. The conference meeting is sponsored by the Human Rights Development for Public Affairs in collaboration with other organizations in the United States and in Paris France. The organization shall award participants certificates at the end of the event. The organization is also responsible for participants hotel accommodation in Paris France, feeding and transportation from 17th - 20th April, 2019. Participants will only be responsible and to pay for their hotel reservation in the selected hotel event venue in Dallas Texas, USA giving below.

Registration is Open & Free: To participate in the global combine conference meeting, registration is compulsory. You can extend the invitation to other persons in your organization or your country to participate with you. Interested delegate can participate as an individual or maximum number of (2-6) persons as a group, representing their organization or institution. Registration form is attached to this mail. You are to print out the application forms and fill the questioners with a pen. The deadline date for you to submit the filled registration forms, visa application forms and your hotel booking receipt is February 23rd, 2019 to complete your registration process for the event.

VISA Processing: Interested participants must be in possession of valid international passports to enable them obtain visa from the U.S Embassy and France Embassy. The organizing committee is fully responsible for participants (Visa) processing and air round trip tickets to attend the both phase of the conference meeting in Paris France and in United States. We shall send you an official invitation letter after the confirmation of your registration for the conference; we shall also send a copy of the invitation letter to the America Embassy and France Embassy in your country of resident after the confirmation of your registration.

If you are unable to meet the cost of your stay in Dallas Texas USA, you are required to inform us immediately so that we can stop your registration. We need your urgent respond to this mail as soon as possible to avoid any delay of visa processing.

Rules and Regulations:

• We shall not accept registration received without the scan copy of your international passport front page, filled visa application forms, filled ticket application form, two colored passport photograph size and your hotel booking confirmation receipt from the selected hotel venue in Dallas Texas, USA.

•Participants that are in possession of U.S valid visa are to submit the scan copy of their U.S valid visa front page long with the requested document for confirmation.

•All registration document visa application forms should be submitted as an e-mail attached to the conference registration office.
