Registration Terms And Conditions:
The following terms and conditions set out the legal rules applicable to the (I.C.O.C.R.E.S.A.E.P.R 2018) Conference. Participants shall be bound by these terms and conditions upon registering for the Conference and are advised to read and understand these terms carefully before registering. The
Organizer will not accept any conditions contradictory to or deviant from these general terms and conditions.

To be eligible to register for the conference, participants must be at least 18 years old. Participants may be asked to present an official identity card stating their age.
If the maximum attendee capacity is reached, the conference organizers reserve the right to refuse any registration.
Registered delegates are expected to participate in both venue of the conference
All attendees details will be kept on our records, but we will not share your details with anyone and we will not contact you about anything other than the event you attend - unless you have indicated otherwise.
The conference organizing committee and sponsors will only cover the cost of accommodation and feeding for registered delegates during the conference meeting here in New York United States only.
Registered attendees are responsible for the cost of their hotel accommodation in St Louis Senegal, with the recommended hotel that we have made available for attendees to stay in during the second phase of the conference in St Louis Senegal.
It is imperative for all delegates to observe relevant security procedures. OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
The official languages of the conference are English, Spanish and French. However, a simultaneous translation into English will be provided for all sessions that take place in the main conference room. Interpretation in other languages will be available from speech-to-text reporting.

this procedure is done on the experience we have in our last conference in NEW YORK where some delegates did not attend the second phase of the event, they left the conference with out the consent of the organizing committee and did not attend the event that they came for. this is the reason our organizing committee have made it that all our noble delegates who wishes to attend this event will book their accommodation with the hotel and send us the hotel booking confirmation receipt and reservation cod from the recommended hotel to prove that delegate have secure an accommodation with the hotel and will also attend both phases of this event.
