The theme of the forth coming International Conferences is to equip participants with the strategies and policies against Economic Crisis, Child Protection & HIV/AIDS Treatment, Prostitution, Sex Work ,forced Labor,trafficking of women and children.

These events are being Organized and sponsored by the PACIFIC HEALTH WELFARE ORGANIZATION CALIFORNIA (PHWOC) in collaboration with other benevolent organizations in the United States of America.

The conference organizing committee inconjuction with the donor sponsoring committee has mapped out some financial rewards to group or individual participants that distinguished themselves in their areas of discipline.

Panel of Judges has been appointed to oversee and to select participants of merit. Awards and gifts will be given to participants on merit.

You are hereby advised to equip yourselves and exhibit your God given talents to the fullest. We welcome delegations, inter-governmental and non-governmental organizations to the International Conference.Our staffs are working day and night to make this event a success.

REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS:

Any One (1) as an individual or Six (6) persons forming a group to represent a Country or organization etc. are eligible to participate in the forth-coming conferences and must participate in both .

All participants visa assistance request will be forwarded to the U.S Department of State for same day visa Authorization which shall be sent by fax to the consular section of the U.S. Embassy, in your country of residence.

Note:(1) All registered participants are entitled to a round trip air tickets, meals and accommodation during their stay in the U.S. Only.

Note:(2) Delegates will only be responsible for their own hotel booking in Dakar-Senegal where the second phase of the conference will be held due to the inability of our partner organizations to mobilize enough funds to sponsor the number of expected delegates to attend both conferences.

You have been duly registered to participate in these forth-coming events,please read and follow carefully the instructions ,you are only responsible for your own hotel booking accommodation in Dakar Senegal, the conference organizing committee will be responsible for your accommodation here in the U.S. together with the round trip air tickets which covers from your country of residence United State to Dakar Senegal and from Dakar Senegal back to United State.

Endeavor to furnish us with the Form A-B1-B2-duly filled and sign along with the hotel official booking confirmation proved of payment receipt on or before the deadline, and you should carefully follow up the instructions of the said recommended hotel management in Dakar Senegal.

You are to make your hotel reservation in Dakar Senegal, and furnish us with the hotel official booking confirmation receipt, which will be forwarded along side with other documents to the Senegal visa upon arrival sector.

You are advised to download the following attachments to view your registration files, and note again that delegates must participate in both phase of the conference in USA and Dakar Senegal.

You are to contact the said recommended hotel management in Dakar-Senegal to book room and furnish us with the A-B1-B2- forms duly filled and signed, as you have to print it out, fill it accordingly then scan and send it back to us, by E-mail attachment or by fax, together with the hotel booking confirmation receipt not later than May 17th, 2017.
