Thank you for your interest to join the global aid*s conference we are working hard to make these events a success.

We deem is necessary to inform you that, you have been duly registered to participate in these forth coming Conferences. You are only responsible for your hotel booking in Saint-Louis Senegal and our organization will be responsible for your accommodation stay here in the United States and your round trip air tickets.

You will find attached, your registration form which should be correctly filled and sent back to us along with your hotel booking receipt. Your documents will be forwarded along with other documents from our organization, to the U.S Bureau of Immigration Affairs for the processing of your visa.

Contact the selected hotel management in Saint-Louis Senegal to book your room ASAP, and send us all requested documents not later than February 8th 2011 to enable us complete the visa authorization letter through the Bureau Of Immigrant Affair/Foreign Consular Affairs Department Washington D.C.
