Mobilisation: Africans in the Diaspora and their friends are mobilizing to better inform you about Africa and its realities. Can we develop the continent with the practice of deforestation for the infrastructure?

Currently, the United States are responsible for 25% of emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the world. The Bush administration, however, still refused to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases in the United States, arguing that a quota policy darken the outlook for growth of American industry. Given the inertia of the Bush administration and environmental emergencies, some American States convinced of the merits of Kyoto have already taken the lead. California has pledged to meet international targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. Still in California, the Pavley law now requires car manufacturers to market from 2009 who will issue a fleet of 22% carbon and other greenhouse gas emissions by at least 2014 and 30% less in 2016 . A measure that has since been adopted by ten other U.S. states.
