Dear participant,

This is to inform you that you have been duly registered to participate in these up-cominginternational conference events.

You are only responsible for your own hotel booking accommodation in United Arab Emirates U.A.E as we have stated earlier, the conference organizing committee will be responsible for the accommodation here in the United States of America Together with the round trip air tickets which cover from your country of residence to the U.S.A, from the United States to Deira Dubai U.A.E and from United Arab Emirates back to your country of residence.This including all documents processing.

Endeavor to return the form duly filled along with your hotel booking confirmation receipt before the dead line date,and you should carefully follow up the instructions of the said recommended hotel management in Deira Dubai U.A.E.

DO NOTE: As soon as we receive your registration form duly filled, together with the booking confirmation receipt, your documents will be forwarded to the U.S. Bureau of Immigration Affairs/ U.S. Foreign Consular Department New York, NY,United States for the release of your approve documents authorization letter.
You are advised to download the following attachments to view your registration files, and note again that delegates must participate in both phase of the conference.

You are to contact the recommended hotel management in Deira Dubai to book room for yourself and send us the scan copy of the receipt, as you have to print it out, fill it accordingly with the hotel reservation cod and then scan and return it back to us by email attachment, together not later than (12th /04/ 2016).

E-mail: reservation@dharrcontinental.com / dharrcontinentalhotel@gmail.com Tel:+971559164407, Fax:+978983887345, this procedure is done on the experience we have in our last conference in NEW YORK where some delegates did not attend the second phase of the event, they left the conference with out the consent of the organizing committee and did not attend the event that they came for. this is the reason our organizing committee have made it that all our noble delegates who wishes to attend this event will book their accommodation with the hotel and send us the hotel booking confirmation receipt from the recommended hotel to prove that delegate have secure an accommodation with the hotel and will also attend both phases of this event.

We shall be looking forward to hear from you before the dead line date, more over the earlier you submit your requirement, the sooner you receive your entitled traveling documents.
