In appreciation to your response be inform that the international conference meeting is open for everyone who is interested to participate and the conference meeting is scheduled to take place from 23rd to 28th May, 2016 at Sa Gonzalez Hotel conference center, Dallas Texas, USA. The theme of the conference meeting is to teach our society the importance of “Human Resource Development on Economic Growth". The forth coming international conference meeting is organized by the Global Economic Development International.
Participants are accepted to participate together as a group of 2 to 7 persons from each country or organization; you can also participate as individual if you don’t have a team to make a group. Participant visa documents processing with the America embassy and air tickets will be cover by our organization. We shall confirm participant’s registration for the event after we have received the filled registration forms A and B and hotel booking confirmation receipt with the scanned copy of participant international passport data page. Participants are to contact the hotel management immediately to make hotel booking to secure hotel accommodation. We shall send the US Embassy official invitation letter for visa processing immediately after the confirmation of participants registration. Participants visa documents will be process here in United States and the approval letter of visa will be sent to the America Embassy in participant’s country of resident for visa issuing.
All participants are requested to make a paper presentation for Human Resource Development on Economic Growth as it affects our society and countries. All documentation will be published by the Organization and certificate will be giving to all participants as a representative of 2016 conference meeting.
Your filled registration forms and the hotel booking receipt should be submitted before April 28th, 2016, which is the deadline date to submit registration forms and hotel booking receipt to complete your registration as a participant for the conference meeting. Bellow is the selected hotel contact to secure your hotel booking accommodation. Your hotel booking payment will be upon arrival at the hotel desk here in Texas USA. You are to send the hotel your full name for the hotel to issue you the hotel booking receipt.

Immediately after participants registration for the conference is fully confirmed, the registration documents will be forwarded to the U.S Bureau of Immigrant Affairs (Visa Processing Office) here in United States for the authorization and approval of visa documents before faxing the visa documents along with the official invitation letter to the America Embassy (Consular Office) in participants country of resident and visa appointment date will be giving to participants for visa interview with the U.S consular officer for visa.
