The organizing committee of European Union Economic Summit slated to hold in London do wish to inform you that your acceptance to participate this prestigious summit have been acknowledged. Please note that your mail,has be forwarded to the Comfort Hotel Heathrow,for them to email the total cost of you accommodation and on how to make payment of your accommodation.

As an invited participant, you are required to fill and submit the summit registration form asap to enable the organizing committee send your participation confirmation PIN that would indicate you are a confirmed delegate.

Every participant coming for this summit are all mandated to book their hotel accommodation at the official designated hotel provided by the summit organizing committee. Kindly contact Comfort Hotel Heathrow official reservation desk for European Union Economic Summit participants and book for your accommodation immediately. Do make sure you complete your accommodation process to enable you obtain proof of accommodation payment receipt. As a prerequisite to attend this summit, you are required to contact the hotel and complete your accommodation processes with them and then send your dully filled summit registration form with the confirmed accommodation payment booking receipt issued by Comfort Hotel Heathrow. This will enable us complete your visa processes for those that need The visitor visa into UK and your flight ticket as well.

Registration Rules/Policy:
Note: Participants should not be concerned with the time of the provosion of their visa, This is because The European Union Summit organizing committee will assist every confirmed participant to process their visitor visa within one week of confirming their dully filled registration form and confirmed accommodation payment receipt through email: registration@ec-summit.org

Flight tickets would be routed from delegates departure country to London and from London back to delegates destination country (To & Fro). Participants will receive a free British airways all round flight ticket upon completion of their registration. London is served by many international flights, British airways is the official carrier of delegates to London. In some countries where British Air Ways does not operate, alternative airline would be booked immediately.
