Dear Sir/Madam,

You are welcome to participate in the up-coming Annual Educational Seminar on Human Rights and Child Sex Trafficking: A Solution to Global Terrorism and Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Women and Social Economic Problem. The Meeting will be taking place from June 20th– 25th 2016 in Dallas, Texas, United States. We appreciate your interest of participation in the seminar meeting to affect lives positively in the world. The aims of the educational seminar is to bring together researchers and practitioners in an effort to lay a ground work for future collaborative research, advocacy, and program development as well as to educate social service, health care and global financial sectors.

The theme of the upcoming educational seminar meeting is to equipped participants with the strategies and policies to fight against Force Labour, Human Violence, Social Economic Problem, Sex Trafficking of Children and Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Women. The seminar is hosted by the International Human Rights Organization in collaboration with other benevolent Organizations in the United States

Registration is Open & Free: In order to participate in the educational seminar meeting registration is compulsory. Interested delegate can participate as an individual or maximum number of (2-15) persons as group representing their organization or country in the seminar meeting. Registration form and visa application form is attached to this mail. You are to print out the forms and fill the questioners with a pen and submit the filled registration forms, filled visa application form along with the front page of your passport, two colored passport photographs size and hotel accommodation booking confirmation receipt via e-mail. These documents should be submitted not later than March 26th, 2016 to confirm your registration on the list of participants attending the educational seminar meeting. If you are not interested to participate, you are to inform us immediately so that we can remove your e-mail from the organization registration list.

Accommodation in USA: Participants are only responsible to pay for hotel accommodation booking here in United States, due to insufficient fund to pay air ticket and visa processing for the total numbers of participant’s expected in the educational seminar meeting, Participants will be responsible to pay for hotel accommodation cost for the duration of days the seminar meeting will be held in United States. You are to contact the selected hotel management giving below where the seminar meeting will be taking place and make your reservation from 20th to 25th of June 2016 and obtain your reservation booking confirmation receipt which should be submitted along with your filled registration forms. Interested participants attending the educational seminar meeting are not accepted to make reservation booking in a different hotel except the selected hotel choosing by the organization for security purpose, due to the terrorist crises going on and to enable us get proper recording of expected numbers of delegates participating with us in the seminar meeting. You are to contact the selected hotel via the e-mail address giving below for immediate booking confirmation.

VISA Processing: Participants must be in possession of International Passports to enable them obtain visa to participate in the seminar. Only in receipt of your filled registration forms, front page of international passport and hotel booking receipt will participants visa request be forwarded to the U.S Bureau Department of States for same day visa authorization, which shall be sent to the Consulate Section of the U.S Embassy in your country of residence for visa collection. You will be giving appointed date to visit the U.S Embassy for visa collection after the approval of your visa here in United States. You are to inform us if you already have U.S visa when submitting your registration documents.

Flight Tickets: Free air round trip tickets will be provided by the organization and other benevolent donors in the United States. The air round trip tickets will cover from your country of resident to the United States and back to your country of resident. You will be contacted by the American airline Authority regarding to your flight ticket, for we have sent your recommendation of participation to the airline authority and you will be contacted as soon as possible. We need your filled documents immediately so that we can start the processing of your visa.
