The hotel charges listed below covers your meals, transportation from the airport to our hotel and with every other needed hospitality for the period of your staying in our hotel. Below is the available rooms and rates per night, you are to make your choice of room and inform us with the type of room you wish to book and immediately the room will made available for you.

The Richard Royal Hotel has a lot of facilities which are Swimming Pool, Lawn and Table Tennis, Billiards, Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Steam and a multi - Gym. We serve the choicest of Vegetarian Indian, Chinese and Continental Asian, Europe, Africa and America foods.

The available rooms and the official rates are for guest making hotel booking with us. All rates are in U.S Dollars.

New Standard - Single Bed Room 1 Person a Night - $ 95 U.S Dollars
Superior – Single Bed Room 1 Person a night - $ 125 U.S Dollars

2) Double Bed Room (2) Persons per Night:
Standard - Double Bed Room 2 Persons a night - $ 140 U.S Dollars
New Standard - Double Bed Room 2 Person a night - $ 160 U.S Dollars
Superior – Triple Bed Room 2 Persons a night - $ 195 U.S Dollars

3) Triple Bed Room (3-4) Persons per Night:
Superior – Triple Bed Room 3 Persons a night - $ 210 U.S Dollars
New Standard - Triple Bed Room 3 Persons a night - $ 235 U.S Dollars
Superior – Quadruple Bed Room 4 Persons a night - $ 310 U.S Dollars

NOTE: Our Central Park Hotel is the only official selected hotel by the International Human Right Association General Assembly, to accommodate all participants attending the annual conference meeting. In this case we are having flood of booking that is why we request you inform us the type of room you need immediately and confirm your payment for room booking to fully secure your reservation and send you the booking receipt immediately.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We receive payment by Western Union or Money Gram transfer from guest making their room booking with us, bellow is our hotel information to receive payment from guest, immediately you make your payment for the reservation booking do send us the payment telegraph scan copy so that we can confirm your payment and immediately issue you our hotel booking confirmation receipt. Note that our hotel principles states that, payment must be received before we issue our hotel booking confirmation receipt to guest making room booking with us.

Note that we don't accept payment on arrival. We can only send you the hotel booking confirmation after we receive your payment telegraphic receipt. On receipt of your payment, we will forward the confirmation of your hotel booking for days paid for by e-mail attachment to

After making the payment, scan and send the payment telegraphic receipt to enable us send the official letter of hotel booking receipt to you.

HOTEL REFUND POLICY:

1) If you cancel within 24 hours of your check-in, you will pay only for one night stay in our hotel.
2) If you don't show up at the hotel, the entire booking amount will be refunded back to you after the deduction of the bank transfer charges.

Please note that we only issue out hotel booking confirmation receipt to guest, when we receive payment from guests.
