History
Founded by national associations which were Consortium members, following the XR4ALL project (2018-2021) which ran under E-XE2442 - European Commission (EC) - H2020 programme.
"XR" derives from "eXtended Reality", which is used as an umbrella designation for Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Mixed Reality (MR).
Aims
Federate all XR professionals, organisations and initiatives to support the development, promote and represent XR innovation, industry and creativity made in Europe.
