7 Oct 2003, Bali (Indonesia), during 9th ASEAN Summit, when Declaration of ASEAN Concord II (Bali Concord II) was adopted by D-XD0165 - ASEAN and the Governments of China, India, Japan and Korea Rep. At 12th ASEAN Summit, Jan 2007, 'Cebu Declaration the Acceleration of the Establishment of an ASEAN Community by 2015' was signed. 10th ASEAN Summit, Nov 2004, Vientiane (Laos), adopted Vientiane Action Programme, which was replaced by 'Cha-am Hua Hin Declaration on the Roadmap for an ASEAN Community (2009-2015)', adopted at 14th ASEAN Summit. F-XM1087 - ASEAN Development Fund (ADF) supports setting up of the ASEAN Community.
