Contribute to: development of cost-competitive, innovative world-class bio-energy and bio-fuels value chains; creation and strengthening of a healthy European bio-energy industry; acceleration of sustainable deployment of bio-energy in the EU through a process of guidance, prioritization and promotion of research, technology development and demonstration.
