Aims
Study, defend and represent European and international ethical, professional, economic and social interest of banking executives, credit institutions and/or any financial institution.

General Meeting (every 3 years). Management Committee (meets twice a year), comprising members designated by Adhering Organizations, including Chairman, one or more Deputy Chairmen, Secretary General, one or more Assistant Secretaries General, Treasurer and 2 Auditors. Each organization is entitled to: 2 representatives up to 5,000 members; 3 representatives 5,001 to 15,000 members and 4 representatives beyond 15,000 members.
