Encourage remembrance and defence under all circumstances of the respect due to the memory of the victims of Dachau and other concentration camps; in agreement with the Bavarian Government, arrange and maintain the camp in the state in which it was found in 1945 and establish there a documentation centre and museum; defend the rights of ex-inmates and their organizations with regard to reparations to war victims and their dependents; campaign against anything which might contribute to the rebirth of such camps and their horrors.
