Reorganized 1952, under the moral guaranty of the now defunct H-XH3498 - World Council for the Peoples World Convention.
Aims
Become an instrument for encouraging, focusing and measuring the growth of public opinion in favour of world unity and in support of a People's World Convention, through the issuing of 'World Citizen Identity Cards', implying the right to vote for a direct representation to the Convention, to those who are prepared to recognize their responsibilities as members of the world community.
